Kaju Barfi Recipe

Life Style: Kaju Katli is everyone's favourite, isn't it? But have you ever tried cashew barfi? However, due to less ingredients used in making Kaju Barfi, its taste is slightly different. Its taste is mild but creamy. With cardamom powder and ghee, this recipe tastes amazing. You don't need to spend a lot of time making it. If your guests are coming and you do not have sweets to serve them, then this recipe is very useful for you. Forget Kaju Katli, now try Kaju Barfi.

1 cup chopped cashews

1/3 tbsp ground green cardamom

1/4 cup milk

1 tbsp ghee

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

Step 1 Blend the Cashews

In a blender, add all the cashews and blend them to make a fine powder.

Step 2 Prepare the Sugar Syrup

Now, take a pan and add sugar in it. Add 1/4 cup water and stir continuously for about 2 minutes.

Step 3 Add cashew powder to the syrup

Add cashew powder to the syrup and mix well. Then add ghee, milk and cardamom powder. Mix everything well.

Step 4 Pour the batter into the plate

Grease a large plate with ghee and then pour the batter into it. Spread it well and keep it for some time.

Step 5 Ready to serve

Once the batter is well set, cut it into beautiful diamond shapes and your super delicious Kaju Barfi is ready to serve. Enjoy.
