On January 18, Kamal Rashid Khan had fired four rounds at a residential building in Andheri, Oshiwara, Mumbai. According to officials, writer-director Neeraj Kumar Mishra lives on the second floor of the same building. Initially it was not known who fired the bullets. But now it has been revealed that the bullets were fired by KRK. The police detained the actor from his studio.

What did the actor say in defense?

KRK said in his clarification that, “He did not want to hurt anyone by firing. He was cleaning his gun. There is a big mangrove forest outside his house. He fired there to check the gun. He thought that the bullet would get lost somewhere in the dense forest. But due to the wind, the bullet traveled more and hit a building in Oshiwara.” Police has found KRK’s gun, currently investigation is still going on.
