Kangana Ranaut became emotional after remembering Dharmendra in the prayer meet, said – ‘It hurts to see Hema ji’

Dharmendra Prayer Meet: Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra left this world on November 24 at the age of 89. The entire film family and relatives are deeply saddened by his demise. A prayer meet was organized for Dharmendra in Mumbai, while on December 11, Hema Malini also organized a tribute meeting in Delhi, in which many leaders and artists from the film industry participated. During this time, Bollywood actress and MP Kangana Ranaut also reached the program to pay tribute to Dharmendra, where she met Hema Malini and her daughters Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.

Kangana Ranaut paid emotional tribute

During the prayer meet, Kangana Ranaut talked about Dharmendra’s life and the legacy left by him. She said that Dharmendra, apart from being a great artist, was a source of inspiration for the people. Kangana said, ‘Dharam ji came from a small village, just like me, and he achieved great heights through hard work. Seeing him always reminded me of the fragrance of soil and simple life. He was a very simple and down to earth person.

Expressing condolences to Hema Malini, Kangana said, ‘It is very sad. Our sorrow towards Hema ji increases even more, we are with her in this pain. He is an important part of BJP and the entire BJP family stands with him. Prime Minister and we all are with him. I have many memories from Dharmendra ji – he used to say that Kangana is doing very good work, you fight well for your cause.

Dharmendra’s health and film contribution

Dharmendra was ill for a long time. He ruled Indian cinema for more than six decades and made his mark as an active actor. He was still associated with the film world, and his last film ‘Ikkis’ is going to be released this month.
The entire film industry and his fans are in deep mourning due to Dharmendra’s demise, but his contribution is being remembered and tribute is being paid to him.
