Toilet built for disabled people locked
It was told in the video that the key of the toilet remains with the Deputy Station Superintendent (Dy. SS). Usually such toilets are kept closed so that no other person misuses them and cleanliness is maintained.
Many times people use disabled toilets in a hurry, causing trouble to the real needy. However, it is also true that it is not practical for a disabled person to ask for the keys in an emergency.
