Kaopiz expands digital transformation capabilities while strengthening social initiatives

Based in Vietnam, Kaopiz operates as a digital transformation (DX) partner providing AI-OCR, chatbot, automation, system modernization, and enterprise software solutions for Japanese and international clients. Headquartered in Hanoi, with offices in Tokyo, Da Nang, and Singapore, the company has continued to expand its regional and global presence, supporting enterprises with digital transformation projects across multiple industries.

Alongside its technology services, Kaopiz has invested in AI frameworks, automation tools, and cloud-based architectures. The company also maintains a focus on longer-term value creation through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, education initiatives, and partnerships aimed at developing local technology talent.

Between 2023 and 2025, Kaopiz expanded its technical offerings in areas such as AI-OCR, AI agents, and automation, integrating artificial intelligence into its software development processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. During this period, the company also broadened its cloud and system modernization services. In 2023, Kaopiz was recognized as an AWS Well-Architected Partner, and it later introduced “Kari,” an internally developed AI-powered virtual assistant and automation framework.

In 2025, Kaopiz received three recognitions at the Vietnam Top 10 Tech & Map Awards for its work in delivering digital transformation solutions for international markets. The awards contributed to the company’s profile within Vietnam’s technology sector and supported its ongoing expansion in Japan and other global markets.

In 2024, Kaopiz was commended by Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology at Vietnam IT Day in Japan, highlighting its contribution to Vietnam–Japan technology cooperation.

The company has also strengthened international partnerships through memoranda of understanding with Japanese firms Hammock, TigerEye, and Axonvis, focusing on collaboration in areas such as automation, surveillance technology, and MedTech.

Kaopiz has received multiple industry accolades over the years, including the Sao Khue Awards from 2019 to 2025 and several “Make in Vietnam” recognitions, reflecting its continued participation in Vietnam’s technology ecosystem.

Education is a central component of Kaopiz’s CSR strategy. The company works with universities to support students through thesis supervision, training programs, internships, Responsible AI competitions, and large-scale events such as GDGoC Hackathon Vietnam 2025.

Among its community initiatives, Kaopiz funded the construction of a new classroom valued at VND500 million (US$19,000) in Lang Son Province, replacing a temporary facility that had been in use for 17 years. The project aims to provide a safer and more stable learning environment for children in the mountainous area.

In addition, the company has donated 45 desktop computers and 400 gift sets, with a combined value of nearly VND300 million ($11,400), to schools in disadvantaged regions including Yen Bai, Lang Son, Thanh Hoa, Quang Tri, and Da Nang, supporting access to digital learning resources.

Kaopiz employees also participate in community activities such as blood donation drives, disaster relief efforts, school meal support programs, and internal fundraising initiatives. Internally, the company promotes structured career development, cross-functional training, and participation in research and development projects, including its internal process improvement competitions.

According to Kaopiz’s leadership, the company aims to balance business growth with social contribution while continuing to expand its role in global digital transformation. Looking ahead, Kaopiz plans to further develop its technology capabilities and international partnerships while maintaining its focus on education, community engagement, and sustainable growth.
