Kareena Kapoor Khan is not just a fashionista and fitness enthusiast, but she also has a deep fondness for automobiles. The actor’s Instagram is a treasure trove of fun, food, family, fashion and films. And now, the actor is stepping into the driver’s seat as she becomes the face of MINI India’s latest campaign for the locally assembled MINI Countryman C.

The official handle shared a carousel post featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan exuding boss lady vibes as she posed beside the car.

For the promotion, Kareena opted for a maroon and pink outfit. She wore a bralette-style crop top paired with a maroon pantsuit and completed the look with oversized glasses.

Netizens showered praise on Kareena for becoming the brand ambassador of MINI Cooper. While many loved the choice, some felt that Yami Gautam or Preity Zinta would have been a more apt fit.

The MINI Countryman C is powered by a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 156 bhp. It is priced at Rs 47.50 lakh (ex-showroom).

Saif Ali Khan reveals how he teaches Taimur and Jeh about religion

Meanwhile, actor Saif Ali Khan, who is busy promoting his upcoming projects, offered a glimpse into how he and his wife, Kareena Kapoor, are raising their sons, Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh, with an inclusive outlook on faith.

Speaking during the We Women’s London Edition, Saif revealed that he often discusses religion with his children.

Saif said, “It’s a conversation I love having with them because I myself am not the most religious of people. My mother taught me, and I taught my kids, that there’s one God and He has many names. It’s as simple as that. You worship Him in different places. And if your religion talks about love and forgiveness towards your fellow human beings, then that’s it.”

He revealed that “the kids would say the prayer, followed by prayers of other religions. They’d celebrate Christmas as much as Diwali.”

Saif also recalled a recent conversation with Taimur, in which he asked him about the difference between religion and methodology. Saif admitted that Taimur’s response left him impressed.

Saif shared, “Taimur, 9 years old, responded, ‘In religion, we pray, and in methodology, we don’t,’ and I think it’s a good answer. So, we’re constantly talking about these things. I’m lucky I haven’t grown up like that. My mother had an open mind about these things, and so does my wife. It’s more of a spiritual approach.”

Saif Ali Khan is the son of legendary cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, popularly known as Tiger Pataudi, and veteran actor Sharmila Tagore. He is a product of an interfaith marriage and went on to have two interfaith marriages of his own, first with Amrita Singh, whom he divorced in 2004, followed by Kareena Kapoor in 2012.
