Kaun Banega Crorepati 16: Amitabh Bachchan Praises Kartik Aaryan's Dancing Skills, Asks 'Kaise Karlete Hai'

Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 has lived up to its reputation as one of the most popular quiz series on TV. While participants from all around the country compete for the prize money, a recent episode featured celebrities Vidya Balan and Kartik Aaryan in the hot seat to promote their film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The trio had a fun conversation during the episode while they tried hard to win a good sum to support their causes. In the episode, host Amitabh Bachchan also expressed his admiration for Kartik Aaryan’s dancing skills and noted how he himself has struggled to dance.

In the recent episode, Amitabh Bachchan could be heard asking Kartik Aaryan, “Jab aap nachte hai, humne aap dekha hai nachte hua parde par, kaise aap karlete ki aap ke sarkar ke jitne bhi jitne ke sarkar ki bhi sab ek saath hite hai…haat bhi chal rahi hai, kopri bhi chal rahi hai, laat bhi chal rahi hai, kamar bhi chal rahi hai (when you dance, I have seen you dancing on the big screen, how to you do it that your entire body is moving. Your hands, head, legs, hips everything is moving).”

To this, Kartik replied, “Sir, there's a voice from within, and it just happens.” Amitabh then went on to recall how he would be scolded for not being able to dance. He stated, “Sir, we don't know Nritya and we get beaten a lot… and we belong to that era. There was a song of ours about the whole time when the electric dress was first made… the water came from here and when the spring came, we would plug it.. from the right side, we would start dancing.. watch your dance. I don't know how to dance and I got scolded. I was from that era where I had a song, Saara Zamana and wore an electric wired dress for the first time. They switched it on and I think if you don't have any wire. in your dress, then how come you do it).”

Both Vidya and Kartik won Rs 25,00,000, which they intend to contribute to their respective charity foundations.
