Keeping the atmosphere of the 90s intact, Mere Mehboob remained original: Sachin-Jigar – Obnews

Composer duo Sachin-Jigar say they have kept the song original while retaining the 90s vibe for their latest track Mere Mehboob.

Music duo Sachin-Jigar launched their latest dance number Mere Mehboob from the upcoming film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala video. Known for their unique music style, the duo promises to bring in the vibrant spirit of the 90s in this song, which has already created buzz.

At a recent music launch event, Sachin-Jigar shared details about their creative process for the song. Sachin-Jigar said, “We were inspired by the 90s storytelling vibe for this song. The whole film has that nostalgic feel, and we wanted Mere Mehboob to stay true to that spirit, while being completely original. We are proud to be the flag bearers of original music, and we always look up to legends like Viju Shah and Nadeem-Shravan who have influenced us.”

'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' is a comedy-drama film set in the 90s. Directed by Raj Shandilya, the film will be released on October 11, 2024.
