Kejriwal’s big announcement: Will not appear in the High Court, lost trust in the judge

Arvind kejriwal: Taking a big decision, Aam Aadmi Party chief and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced not to appear in the Delhi High Court. He has talked about boycotting the court of Justice Swarnakanta and has made it clear that now he will directly approach the Supreme Court in this matter.

Trust in judge lost, path of Satyagraha

Explaining the reason behind his decision, Kejriwal said that he had no hope of getting justice from Justice Swarnakanta. He said that he has taken this decision based on his conscience and now he will follow the path of Gandhian Satyagraha. He says that whatever decision the court gives, he will appeal against it in the Supreme Court.

Arvind Kejriwal: Excise policy case became the root of conflict

The entire matter is related to the famous Excise Policy case of Delhi, the hearing of which is going on in Delhi High Court. In this case, many objections have already been raised from Kejriwal’s side, especially regarding the attitude of the judge.

Arvind kejriwal: Questions were raised earlier also, many leaders expressed objection

Kejriwal alleges that Justice Swarnakanta had earlier rejected the petition challenging his arrest. Also, Manish Sisodia and other accused did not get relief. For this reason, he and other party leaders had demanded the removal of the judge from the case.

The judge clearly refused, said – the court will not bow down

Arvind kejriwal: However, Justice Swarnakanta rejected all these demands and clearly said that no judge can be questioned without concrete evidence. He also said that no political leader can be allowed to tarnish the image of the judiciary. The court made it clear that it would not itself deal with this matter.
