Kejriwal's target is on BJP, fear of Congress, there can be a game on these 10 seats…
New Delhi:- Less than 10 days are left for the assembly elections. Aam Aadmi Party leaders have accused Congress of fighting the upcoming elections in collaboration with BJP. Even though AAP is attacking BJP in this election, AAP is also under threat from Congress and BJP can directly benefit from this.
Actually, there are 10 such assembly seats in Delhi on which Aam Aadmi Party is keeping an eye. Aam Aadmi Party sources have told an English newspaper that AAP is expected to face tough competition from Congress on other seats including Okhla, Chandni Chowk and Badli. Congress has given ticket to Ariba Khan, daughter of former MLA Asif Ahmed Khan, from Okhla. She is contesting against AAP's Amanatullah Khan, while senior Congress leader JP Agarwal's son Mudit Agarwal is contesting against AAP's Punardeep Singh Sahni, son of sitting Chandni Chowk MLA Parlad Singh Sahni. Delhi Congress chief Devendra Yadav is in the fray from Badli, who will contest against AAP's Ajesh Yadav. Amanatullah Khan and Ajesh Yadav are AAP MLAs.
If reports are to be believed, an Aam Aadmi Party leader has said that the worry for him is not that Congress will win the seat, but that it may help BJP strengthen its position. BJP has been out of power in Delhi for 27 years. Therefore this election is important for the party. Only increase in vote share of Congress will help BJP.
Halwa given for MCD elections
AAP sources also gave halwa of 2017 MCD elections. He said that AAP had won the assembly elections only two years ago with a huge vote share of 54 percent and Congress was limited to only 10 percent. But, Congress fought the MCD elections well and AAP's vote share dropped from 54 percent to 26 percent, while Congress's vote share increased from 10 percent to 21 percent. BJP grew only by 4 percentage points, but the party won those elections.
You have suffered many big shocks
At the same time, Aam Aadmi Party has faced many big setbacks in the last year. In which the Aam Aadmi Party is in tension due to the arrest of top leaders in the excise policy case and four MLAs including former minister Kailash Gehlot leaving the party and the issue of Sheesh Mahal.
