BJP has also promised to supply free water to all households. Renovation and conservation of all water bodies in Kerala has also been promised. A high-speed rail network connecting Thiruvananthapuram to Kannur has also been promised.

Nilambur-Nanjangud Railway Project

In this manifesto, BJP has said that it will speed up the Nilambur-Nanjangud railway project by restarting it.
