Shortly after Deputy Chief Minister Maurya took off for Kaushambi, his helicopter developed a technical fault, forcing him to make an emergency landing at the airport in Aumasi.
According to reports, the Deputy Chief Minister had left for Kaushambi from Lucknow’s La Marts Maidan. A few minutes after takeoff, the helicopter’s cabin suddenly started to see smoke and the display system shut down, causing a panic among the people on board.

Preliminary investigations have revealed that the incident occurred due to a technical fault. A technical team of experts is currently conducting a detailed investigation.
