Delhi: Former England captain Kevin Pietersen recently chose his Dream 11 for IPL. He chose his favorite players from the options given by English wicketkeeper-batsman Jos Buttler. Pietersen has chosen former West Indies batsman Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli as openers, who have been handling the responsibility of opening for RCB for a long time.

At the same time, Pietersen has given place to AB de Villiers for number 3 and Suresh Raina has been kept to play at number 4, who is also known by the fans as ‘Mr. IPL’. Both the players have scored more than 5 thousand runs in their IPL career.

Ignoring stars like Hardik Pandya and Dwayne Bravo, he has expressed confidence in Ravindra Jadeja, Sunil Narine and Andre Russell.

Whereas in the bowling department, Pietersen has selected Yuzvendra Chahal, Lasith Malinga and Jasprit Bumrah. Chahal occupies the top position in terms of taking most wickets in IPL. He has taken 221 wickets in his name in 174 matches. At the same time, Bumrah is at sixth position with 183 wickets.
