By the way, the mango season is going on, so before the mango season passes and you have to buy mango papad from the stock market, prepare it at home for the whole year. Mango papad is not so tasty and fresh to eat. This is the reason why more mango papad is made in the village. Surely you too must be making mango papad at home, but this time we have brought for you an easy recipe to make apple papad. It can be easily made at home.

Material

Apple- 4

Sugar- half cup

Ghee- 1 tsp

Garam masala- half teaspoon

Black salt- as per taste

Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Method to make apple papad

To make apple papad, first wash the apples thoroughly and dry them until the water dries. Then peel the apple.

Then take a big vessel, add apple pieces and 1 cup of water and put it on the gas to boil.

Cover the vessel and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the apple pieces become soft. Check the mangoes after 5 minutes. If the apple pieces have become soft then turn off the gas.

Now cool the pulp and filter it with the help of a sieve. After this, take out the remaining mango pulp and use the strained apple pulp.

Add sugar, garam masala, black salt and red chilli and mix well. When the sugar and spices dissolve well in the apple pulp, cook the pulp again until it thickens a little.

Place it on a polythene sheet in a plate or tray and spread the cooked apple mixture thinly in the polythene. Then put the remaining pulp on another sheet and spread it.

Now dry the apple papad in the sun. When it dries well, your apple papad will be ready. Add black salt on top and serve.
