Kheel Chaat Recipe: Yesterday everyone celebrated Diwali happily with their families and relatives and there is still a holiday atmosphere everywhere. In such a situation, now the process of going to the homes of close relatives and friends to wish Diwali is going on. During Diwali, everyone is bored of eating sweets and oily dishes and in such a situation, one feels like eating something spicy. Everyone brings Kheel (Lai) at home for Diwali puja, and often a lot of Kheel is left after being used in the puja, in such a situation you can make spicy chaat from it and eat it. So let's know its recipe.

Material

the sport -1 cup
roasted peanuts -1/4 cup
chopped vegetables(Tomato, Onion, Carrot, Green Chilli) – half cup
turmeric powder -half teaspoon
Spice -half teaspoon
Salt– as per taste
lemon juice-1 tsp
green coriander– 2 spoons (for garnishing)

Method

1-To make Kheel Chaat, first soak the Kheel in water for 10 minutes and keep it aside. After this, filter the kheel thoroughly.
2- Now add soaked cucumber, peanuts, chopped vegetables, turmeric, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice in a vessel and mix everything well.
3- Take out the Kheel Chaat in a plate and garnish it with green coriander. Your spicy Kheel Chaat is ready. You can also serve it with tea in evening snack. After tasting it once, you will bring extra kheel every Diwali.
