Khushboo Kumari commands the UP team, players ready to show their strength in the 54th National Senior Women’s Handball Championship

Lucknow, Read: Uttar Pradesh women’s team for the 54th National Senior Women’s Handball Championship has been announced. The competition will be held in Bareilly from March 30 to April 3, in which the state team will enter with the aim of better performance.

The team was announced after the conclusion of the training camp organized by the Sports Department at KD Singh Babu Stadium on Saturday. General Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Handball Association, Dr. Anandeshwar Pandey, while congratulating the selected players, said that last time the team had won the bronze medal. This time a target has been set for better performance.

The captaincy of the team has been handed over to Khushboo Kumari. The players have worked hard during the camp and the team looks balanced, which has strengthened the medal hopes.
