Chris Gayle still has many big records in his name
Although Pollard has left Gayle behind in terms of runs, many big records in T20 cricket are still in the name of Chris Gayle. Gayle had scored 14,562 runs in 455 innings of 463 matches. Apart from this, the world record of playing the biggest unbeaten innings of 175 runs and scoring 22 centuries in T20 cricket is also currently held in the name of Chris Gayle.

After making the record, Pollard said that leaving Chris Gayle behind is a very special moment for him. Kieron Pollard said that batting in the middle and lower order is not easy, but he always accepted his role. According to him, every player has a different contribution in the team and their job has been to finish the match.
