Why did the controversy arise?

Preliminary investigation by the police has revealed that the reason for this murder was a loan of only Rs 30 thousand. Deceased Aglu and his wife Savita had borrowed this amount from their father-in-law Dinesh Sharma. On the evening of March 16, a heated debate started between both the parties regarding the return of this amount. Within no time, the dispute escalated so much that 70 year old Dinesh lost his temper and attacked his son-in-law Aglu with a heavy wooden stick lying nearby. The blow was so strong that Aglu fell bleeding on the spot.

However, due to police activity and siege he could not get out of Delhi. Finally, based on a tip-off, the police raided a suspicious hideout near Kanjhawala Industrial Area and caught him.
