Kiran Jadhav wins men's 50m rifle 3P national title

Indian Navy's Kiran Ankush Jadhav defeated Paris Olympics bronze medalist Swapnil Kusale and another Olympian Aishwarya Pratap Singh Tomar to win the men's 50m rifle 3 positions (3P) title at the 67th National Shooting Championship Competition (NSCC) here on Wednesday. .Jadhav scored 465.8 points in the final, surpassing her home state's Aishwarya Pratap (463.1) Madhya Pradesh State Academy of Shooting Ranked second in the range.
Railways' Swapnil led in the 45-shot final till the 40th shot, but finished third before the final gold-deciding shot with a score of 451.8. In the junior final, West Bengal's Adrian Karmakar, son of Olympian Jaideep Karmakar, defeated Madhya Pradesh's Kushagra Singh.
