KKR signs Blessing Muzarabani
Kolkata Knight Riders, three-time champions, sign fast bowler for IPL 2026 Blessing Muzarabani Has included in his team. He replaced Bangladesh’s Mustafizur Rahman, who was released immediately after the auction as per the guidelines of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Muzarabani was previously a part of Royal Challengers Bangalore’s title-winning team, but was released before the auction.
Great performance in T20 World Cup
In the recently concluded T20 World Cup, zimbabwe Reached the Super Eights stage. During this period, Muzarabani achieved the title of third highest wicket taker by taking 13 wickets. Kolkata Knight Riders have announced that Muzarabani will reach Kolkata on March 17 (Tuesday) and will be a part of the team in IPL 2026.

“The 6 feet 8 inches tall right-arm fast bowler is one of Zimbabwe’s top fast bowlers. He is known for his excellent bounce and ability to take wickets at crucial junctures,” KKR said in a statement. “Muzarabani has taken over 90 wickets at an average of 21 in over 80 T20 international matches, with his best performance being 3/8. His pace and consistency will further strengthen KKR’s fast bowling attack this season,” the statement further added.
