  • Boil it on low flame for 5–10 minutes, so that the properties of celery dissolve well in water.
  • Filter the water and drink it when it is lukewarm.
  • It can be consumed 1 to 2 times a day. Lukewarm celery water not only provides relief to the throat and chest, but also strengthens the digestive system.
