Here a study has come to light regarding the benefits of running backwards. In this study, research was done on the daily routine of 26 women. Here, for about 6 weeks, the women were made to practice running upside down instead of running straight for 15 to 45 minutes. When the results of this research came out, there was a decrease of about two and a half percent in the weight of women. Apart from this, problems like injuries and heart attacks can be reduced.
