If we talk about raw papaya, it contains large amounts of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and many other essential nutrients which help in boosting immunity. Also keeps the digestive system healthy. It is easy to digest and does not require much effort.

Raw papaya, green chilli, green coriander, mint leaves, roasted cumin and asafoetida, jaggery etc.

Know the recipe

1- First of all, wash the raw papaya, remove the peel and then grate it. Here the papaya should be fresh and green so that the chutney tastes good.

2- Now add grated papaya, green chilli, green coriander, mint leaves, roasted cumin and asafoetida in a mixer jar.
3- Add salt on top.
4- If you like a little sweetness in the chutney, you can also add jaggery. It balances the taste and makes the chutney sweet and sour.
5-Now turn on the mixer and grind all the ingredients finely. If needed, you can add some water, so that the texture of the chutney becomes smooth.
6- When the chutney is ground well, take it out in a bowl and add lemon juice on top and mix well. This will increase the sourness of the chutney and make it taste fresh.
