Know what material is required

Here many things are required to make Flower Mathri which are as follows..

Flour – 2 kg
Celery – 2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 2 teaspoons
Nigella seeds – 2 teaspoons
Oil – as per requirement
salt to taste

Know the recipe of making flower mathri

To make it here you can follow these steps which is easy..

1- To make Flower Mathri, first of all sift flour in a vessel. After this add celery, nigella seeds, black pepper powder and salt. Now mix all these things well.

2- After this, heat the oil a little and prepare the dough by mixing 4-5 spoons of oil with flour. Add water little by little and knead the flour softly. After kneading, keep it for 15-20 minutes to set.

3- After the stipulated time, prepare balls from the dough. Take a dough and make a thick layered roti from it. After this, cut the dough into round shape with a glass. After cutting it into rounds, give the dough a flower design.

4- Similarly, prepare balls from the remaining dough and make them in the shape of a flower. Heat oil in a pan. After the oil is well heated, fry the Mathri one by one in the oil. Fry the Mathri well until it turns brown.

5- When the Mathri becomes crispy from both the sides, take it out in a plate. Your Flower Mathri is ready. You can serve guests.
