Kodak Matrix QLED Google TV 2026 launch: Will get 40W speaker and Google TV 5.0 support, know the price

Super Plastronics Pvt Ltd (SPPL), the official brand licensee of Kodak TVs in India, has launched the new Matrix QLED Google TV 2026 series in the country. The company has introduced 32-inch, 40-inch and 43-inch models in this lineup. This new series has been brought especially keeping in mind those customers who want to buy a smart TV with QLED display at a budget price.

The company says that the QLED panel offers better brightness, better color reproduction and wider viewing angles than traditional LED TVs. However, this is a budget QLED TV, so don’t expect performance like a premium flagship TV.

Price and availability
The price of Kodak Matrix QLED Google TV 2026 series is as follows:

32-inch model – ₹10,999
40-inch model – ₹15,999
43-inch model – ₹16,999

These TVs will be available for sale in India on SPPL’s official online store and Flipkart.

Support of Google TV 5.0 and thousands of apps
The new Kodak Matrix QLED TV series has an ARM Cortex A55 quad-core processor. In terms of software, it has Google TV 5.0, which will provide a content-centric and clean interface to the users.

Through this, users will be able to access more than 10,000 apps and games from Google Play Store. This includes popular streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Apple TV, JioHotstar, Sony LIV, Voot and Zee5.

Google Assistant and Chromecast support
Being a Google TV, it also has built-in Google Assistant, with the help of which users can control the TV through voice commands. Apart from this, Chromecast support has also been provided, through which wireless screen casting can be done from smartphone or other device.

40W speaker and Dolby Digital Plus support
For audio, Kodak has provided a 40W speaker system in these TVs, which comes with Dolby Digital Plus and surround sound support. The company claims that this will give better audio experience to the users.

Connectivity Features
For connectivity, these TVs have features like Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, HDMI port and USB port. However, the company has not yet disclosed some other specifications of these TVs. In such a situation, it may be better to wait for online reviews and user feedback before buying.
