According to the reports, all these viral claims are false, there is no truth of any kind in these claims. No official post or statement has been issued by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) regarding the return of both the players to Test cricket. All these posts have been made by fans.

Retired from Test last year

Indian cricket team’s veteran batsmen Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have already retired from T20 and Test cricket. Both the players had said goodbye to Test cricket forever in the month of May last year. Talking about the Test career of both the players, Rohit has played Test cricket for about 11 years. He played a total of 67 test matches. During this period, he captained in about 24 test matches. During this period he scored 4301 runs, which included 12 centuries and 18 half-centuries.

Talking about Virat’s Test career, he has played a total of 123 Test matches for India, in which he scored 9230 runs in 210 innings. During this period, 30 centuries and 31 half-centuries have come from his bat.
