Actress Sana Saeed, who plays Shahrukh and Rani Mukherjee’s daughter in the Shahrukh Khan and Kajol starrer film ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, has recently shared a post on the social media platform Instagram in which she has told that she has gone through a disease called bulimia. This is an eating disorder. People suffering from this disease feel very hungry and are unable to control it. These people eat large amounts of food or rather more than required and go into guilt.

In her post, Sana shared, ‘I did not know that I have been struggling with this disease for years. Not because I am going through it but because no one talks about it. I was not able to explain it in any way, so I remained silent for a long time. When I heard about it for the first time, I knew what I was going through.

‘I was ashamed to admit it. I am sharing this because someone somewhere is going through this and is unable to speak. I want to tell those people its name. I want to say that you are not alone. Although I have recovered from it. If you too are struggling, talk to someone you trust and seek help in your area.
