Voting is going on for the by-election in Kundarki assembly constituency of Moradabad. Voters have been arriving to vote since morning. Till 9 am, 13.75 percent voting had taken place.

Meanwhile, a video of Samajwadi Party candidate Haji Rizwan has surfaced. In the video, Rizwan is seen near Bhikanpur Kulwara polling station. In the video, Rizwan is protesting against the checking of voters' ID cards by the police. The video going viral on social media is of 1 minute 56 seconds. Rizwan is also protesting against police barricading in the video. Rizwan is asking the police who gave you the right to check the voters' slips. Why has the check post been installed?

Apart from this, houses of SP supporters in Saifpur Chittu, a sensitive village of Kundarki, were turned into a cantonment. The SP candidate has expressed objection to this.
