Retired judge commits suicide by jumping in front of Vande Bharat, suicide note recovered from pocket

Haryana News: A surprising case has come to light from Shahabad in Kurukshetra, Haryana. Here a young man suddenly committed suicide by jumping in front of Vande Bharat. When the Government Railway Police (GRP) identified the deceased, they were shocked. Investigation revealed that the person who committed suicide is a retired judge.

According to media reports, the GRP also found a suicide note from the pocket of the deceased, in which the judge has blamed himself for his death. The deceased has been identified as Ravindra Kumar Kashyap, 78, resident of Panchkula. At present, the GRP has taken the body into custody, conducted post-mortem and handed it over to the family members.

This is the whole matter

According to the information received, the investigating officer said that the loco pilot of Vande Bharat train had informed the GRP that a person had been hit by the train near Shahabad. On receiving the information, the GRP team went to search, but they did not find any body. On repeated conversation, information was received that an accident had taken place near Kilometer 33-34 of kilometer number 178 near Nagla. After this, when he reached the mentioned place, he found the dead body of an elderly man.

The suicide note was written in English

After this, the police took possession of the body and tried to identify it. When the team searched, a suicide note was recovered from the purse of the deceased, in which it was written in English that I am ending my life of my own free will. No one is responsible for this. The complete address and mobile number of the person were also written below the suicide note, which revealed the identity of the deceased.

The police immediately contacted his family and informed about the matter. Then the family members reached the spot and identified the body. During interrogation, it was revealed that the family of the deceased earlier lived in Shahabad and later moved to Panchkula. At present, GRP has registered a coincidence report in the case and has started taking further action.
