Lalu Prasad Yadav Security Reduction: The political atmosphere in Bihar has become very heated after the security of former Chief Ministers Rabri Devi and Lalu Prasad Yadav was reduced. RJD workers have started protesting outside Rabri Devi’s residence in protest against this decision. At the same time, political rhetoric on this entire issue has also intensified.
RJD Rajya Sabha MP Manoj Jha has strongly criticized this decision of the government. He said that it is extremely unfortunate that such a decision has been taken regarding the security of leaders like Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav.
Common man’s life is being affected
According to him, security should not under any circumstances be made a tool of political revenge or pressure. Raising questions, he said that if the security system is used as a political weapon, it will have a negative impact on democracy. Manoj Jha said that today middle class and lower class people are troubled by inflation and economic pressure. Things of daily needs are becoming expensive and this is having a direct impact on the budget of many families. He said that many important things are disappearing from the plate, which is an indication that the life of the common man is being affected.
Focus on ground reality instead of figures
He said that there are many people in Bihar who do not really need security, yet there is heavy security around them. He sarcastically said that some people are busy enjoying power, but now the public will take security at their own level, hence the leaders have returned their government security. He also said that global conditions, such as the situation in West Asia and Iran, may further impact the Indian economy in the coming times. According to him, all these reasons are affecting the general public and the government should focus on the ground reality instead of just the figures.
Comment on economic situation
He also commented on GDP growth and economic situation and said that the truth cannot be changed by figures alone. According to him, the reports coming out regarding the economic condition of the country are worrying. He claimed that different claims are being made regarding the growth rate, but the reality is that the condition of the common people is not good.
