Kandy�कैंडी : Hambantota Bangla Tigers will face Jaffna Titans, who defeated Galle Marvels in the second qualifier match of the tournament, in the final of the Lanka T10 Super League at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. According to a release from the Lanka T10 Super League, Hambantota lost a few wickets while chasing a small target of 91, but a 47-run partnership between Shevon Daniels and captain Dasun Shanaka was enough to get the situation back on track.

Daniel scored 36 runs on 17 balls, while Shanaka scored 20 runs on 8 balls. Wicketkeeper batsman Kusal Perera also made an important contribution by scoring 22 runs in 10 balls. Mahesh Theekshana took his three wickets.

Hambantota bowlers completely dominated the Galle Marvels batting unit in the first and restricted them to 90/9 in 10 overs. Marvels lost wickets at regular intervals and were reduced to 61/8 at one point. The team added some runs thanks to Movin Subasingha's unbeaten 32 runs off 14 balls. Ishan Malinga took three wickets, while Dhananjay Lakshan, Ratnayake and Isuru Udana took two wickets each. Meanwhile, Galle Marvels recorded an impressive 6-wicket win against Kandy Bolts in a high-scoring eliminator match. Batting first, Kandy scored 120/4 in 10 overs, with George Munsey scoring 61 runs from 27 balls with the help of four sixes and five fours. Apart from Munse, Dinesh Chandimal also scored 30 runs in 14 balls before retiring hurt. But Galle Marvels batted well while chasing the target and achieved the target in the 9th over. Marvels lost a few early wickets but Bhanuka Rajapaksa, Lahiru Udara and later Shakib Al Hasan ensured the team cruised to victory.
