Lauki Kachori: No one refuses this delicious dish

Lauki Kachori: In most of the houses, children start getting irritated after hearing the name of gourd. However, today we are telling you about a delicious dish which will make every member of the house happy, whether big or small. Here we are talking about bottle gourd kachori. Its taste attracts everyone. Whoever tastes it once feels like eating it again and again. Serve it with cucumber or boondi raita or chutney.
Ingredients

1 bottle gourd grated

2 black garlic grated

1/2 tsp roasted cumin

1/2 teaspoon red chilli

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

salt as required

oil as required

Recipe

– First of all, peel the bottle gourd and grate it.

– After this, take a bowl, add flour in it and add grated bottle gourd.

After this, add garlic, half teaspoon red chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted cumin and salt and knead the dough.

Now keep the dough for 10 minutes to set.

– After this, take small balls of this flour and make puri.

Now to fry these kachoris, take a pan and heat oil in it.

– When the oil gets heated well, add the shortbread into it and fry it.

– Keep in mind that fry the kachoris till they become light golden on both the sides.

– After this take it out in a separate plate. Bottle gourd kachori is ready.
