Learn spicy Paneer Samosa recipe
Ingredients to make Paneer-Potato Samosa
Flour – 3 cups
Paneer – 200 grams
Boiled potatoes – 2
Peas – 1/2 cup
Green chilli chopped – 2
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Celery – 1 tsp
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Mango powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Red chilli – 1 tsp
green coriander finely chopped
Oil
Salt – as per taste
Step 1- To make Paneer-Potato Samosa, first knead the dough by adding flour, salt and a little water in a bowl. Keep in mind that the dough should neither be too hard nor too soft.
Step 2 – Now make the stuffing of samosas by mixing boiled potatoes, red chilli powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, garam masala and salt in a bowl.
Step 3 – Then make small balls of the dough you have kneaded.
Step 4 Now roll the dough like a puri and add one spoon of potato-cheese stuffing in it and fold it into a triangle shape like a samosa.
Step 5 – Place. To heat the pressure cooker on gas flame. Put salt in the cooker and place a mesh stand. Then close the cooker with a lid and cook for ten minutes.
Step 6 – Meanwhile grease the plate with ghee. – Apply light ghee on the samosa and keep it on a smooth plate at some distance.
Step 7- Remove the lid of the gas cooker, place the samosa plate on a mesh stand and cover it.
Step 8- Cook the samosas for about 15 to 15 minutes. 20 minutes. Let it cook in the cooker. Your oil free paneer aloo samosa is ready.
