Israel Air Strike Lebanon Ceasefire Violation: Tension on the very first day of ceasefire: Clouds of crisis are looming over the ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel which came into effect on Friday. According to reports on Saturday, just 24 hours after the ceasefire came into force, the Israeli Air Force carried out an air strike in the Jabal al-Rafi area near the southern Lebanese city of Sajd. At least 5 people have died in this attack, due to which tension in the area has once again reached its peak.

Naeem Qasim gave open warning

After this attack, Hezbollah chief Naeem Qasim has issued a strong message through Al-Manar TV. He clarified that if attacks on the organization continue, Hezbollah will confront Israel with full force and weapons. Qassim said that death threats cannot break the morale of his members and Israel must withdraw from the last part of Lebanon’s land.

‘American-Israeli Campaign’ accuse of

In his address, Qassim described the current times as the ‘most dangerous period’ told. He alleged that this is an American-Israeli campaign targeting the future of the country. He also claimed that Israel was not only violating Lebanon’s sovereignty but also creating obstacles in the reconstruction of war-affected areas.

Doubt on the terms of ceasefire

It is noteworthy that this ceasefire came into effect from 4:00 pm local time on Friday. Ibrahim al-Mousawi, a member of Hezbollah’s parliamentary faction, had already made it clear that he would respect the agreement only as long as Israel abides by its terms. However, the attack that took place just hours after the ceasefire has raised questions about the stability of this peace agreement.
