Leicester winger Fatavu is out for the entire season after suffering an ACL injury while playing for Ghana.

London. London. Leicester winger Abdul Fatavu will be out for the rest of the season with an ACL injury, manager Steve Cooper said on Thursday. Fatavu, 20, was injured while playing for Ghana in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Angola on Friday. Recently he featured in the Leicester team which was promoted back to the English Premier League this season and is one of the favorites for relegation. “For this to happen at such a young age, first and foremost, it's a shock to him and to us as well,” Cooper said. “We now have to support him in every way possible to make his rehabilitation and return as smooth and productive as possible, with the hope – even though this is a long-term injury – that he comes back a stronger and better player and person.
