  • Olive oil-1 tsp
  • Broccoli-1 cup
  • Water-2 cups
  • Lemon-1
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ginger-1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic cloves-2

Recipe (Lemon Broccoli Soup)

1-To make Broccoli Lemon Soup, first heat oil in a pan. Now add chopped ginger and garlic and roast.

2- After this, add chopped broccoli in it and cover it to cook for some time. Now add water in the pan and let it boil.

3- Once the broccoli is completely cooked, put it in a mixer and grind it well. You can grind the soup as smooth as you want.

4-Now put the puree again in the pan. After this, add lemon juice, salt and black pepper and mix well. Bring the soup to a boil once again. After this, serve hot lemon broccoli soup.
