After the sale of 1,00,82,326 shares (equivalent to 2.06 per cent stake), LIC now holds 2,55,20,213 shares, accounting for 5.20 per cent of National Fertilizers. According to exchange filings, the insurer bought and sold National Fertilizers shares in multiple tranches between October 6, 2023, and January 17, 2025.
