Life is too short for fan fights, work towards your goals
Actor Ajith Kumar, who is right now in Dubai for the 24H Dubai race season, posted a special video on Saturday thanking fans for turning out in huge numbers for the race and also gave a small piece of advice.
In a video message, the actor reiterated what he used to convey through letters. He first thanked the fans for showing their love for him and for coming in huge numbers to celebrate the sport. He went on to say his fans’ wellbeing and their success alone give him happiness and asked them to focus on their studies and careers and take care of their families. Taking cognisance of the constant fan fights and negativity on social media, the actor urged fans to only focus on their goals, put in consistent efforts and stay determined in the face of failures.
Ajith also explained what an endurance race is and drew parallels between the sport and cinema.
On Friday, he said he would not enter into any film commitments till September this year and will sign new films and act only from October to March.
The actor’s racing team, Ajith Kumar Racing, comprises Mathieu Detry, Fabian Duffieux, and Cameron McLeod. Duffieux is the team’s manager. The race is being live streamed on YouTube.
On the work front, he has Adhik Ravichandran’s Good Bad Ugly slated for release on April 10 and Magizh Thirumeni’s Vidaamuyarchiwhich was initially scheduled for a Pongal festival release but is now awaiting a new release date. The actor, during an interview before the race, revealed that the film will release in January without mentioning the date.
