Jay shah meets Lionel Messi Marathi News: Argentina’s star footballer Lionel Messi (Lionel Messi) arrived in Delhi on the third day of his India tour. Jay Shah gifted Messi a specially autographed cricket bat at the event. Not only this, he also invited Messi to the upcoming T20 World Cup and gifted him a ticket to the ICC tournament. Messi was also gifted a special jersey for the upcoming T20 World Cup, with his name written on it. This time footballer Sunil Suarez was given jersey number 7 and de Paul was given jersey number 9.

Meeting with young players and former footballers
At the event, Messi interacted with the young footballers of the Minerva Academy and had a photo session with them. Later, Messi, Suarez and De Paul also met former Indian footballer Aditi Chauhan, who represented West Ham in the Premier League. Messi greeted the fans present at the stadium by gifting him a football.

At the end of the program, Lionel Messi thanked India for the love he received. He said, “I want to thank you all for the love and affection I received in India. It was really a beautiful experience for us. We will carry all this love with us and will definitely come back to India in the future. Hopefully, we will come back soon for a match or some other occasion.” After the event, Messi walked out of the Arun Jaitley Stadium and left for the next event of his India tour.
