New Delhi : Argentina’s great footballer Lionel Messi is on a three-day tour of India these days and with his arrival, tremendous enthusiasm for football is being seen across the country. As soon as Messi reached India, the craze of fans was clearly visible from social media to the stadium. This tour, which started from Kolkata, has reached Hyderabad, where Messi’s programs have thrilled the fans.

Messi virtually inaugurated the 70 feet tall statue built in his honor in Kolkata on Saturday morning. This statue was like a dream come true for football lovers. Thousands of fans had gathered around the Salt Lake Stadium since morning, who were excited to get a glimpse of their favorite player.

However, the program in Kolkata was not completely peaceful. Messi was supposed to stay at the Salt Lake Stadium for about an hour, but he left after about 22 minutes. Due to this, the angry fans erupted and there was chaos in the stadium. Chairs were thrown at some places and incidents of vandalism were also reported, leading to stampede-like situations. Messi left for Hyderabad
After the Kolkata program, Messi left for Hyderabad at around 2 pm and reached the capital of Telangana at around 5 pm. A large number of fans were present here to welcome him. At 8 pm, Messi reached Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Uppal, Hyderabad, where he was given a grand welcome.

The most special thing about the Hyderabad program was Messi entering the field with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Messi played football with children in a friendly match, in which the Chief Minister also became a part of the team.
