Lock Upp 2: ‘Touched me inappropriately’, Ram Kapoor was a victim of sexual abuse at the age of 13; Farah cried after listening to the story

Ram Kapoor Was Molested In School: In the reality show ‘Lock Up: Truth or Punishment’ (Lock Upp 2), contestants are continuously making big revelations related to their lives. Now TV actor Ram Kapoor told such a secret of his life in the show, hearing which everyone present there became emotional. Ram revealed that he was molested during his childhood in boarding school.

Traumatic experience at the age of 13

While narrating his story during Judgment Day, Ram Kapoor said that when he was in 8th class and he was around 13 years old, a wrong incident happened to him in the boarding school.

He told that a class 10 student had misbehaved with him in the hostel dorm. Ram said that at that time both of them were joking when the boy touched him inappropriately under the blanket.

‘I couldn’t do anything, I was frozen’
Recalling that incident, Ram Kapoor said that at that time he did not understand what to do. He said that about 30-40 children were present there, but they could not say anything.

Ram told, “I was frozen. I couldn’t understand what to do. Should I refuse or continue to tolerate it?” After this incident, he had changed a lot and started remaining silent for a long time.

Later the accused apologized
Ram Kapoor told that after some time he gathered courage and told the boy that he was not liking all this. After this he stopped immediately. The actor told that after a few weeks the boy apologized to him and expressed remorse for his actions. Ram said it was a strange situation, because the person who caused him pain later helped him come out of that experience. He told that today both are good friends.

Apart from wife Gautami no one had any information
Ram Kapoor told that this was such a secret of his life, about which even his parents and children were not aware. He said that only his wife Gautami Kapoor knew about this. Ram also said that after that incident he learned a lot and today he looks at life from a different perspective.

Farah and Ritesh became emotional after listening to Ram
While sharing his pain, Ram Kapoor became very emotional and his voice started trembling. The show’s hosts Farah Khan and Ritesh Deshmukh also became emotional after listening to his story. Both of them hugged Ram and expressed sorrow for his pain.
