Looking for a new mid-range phone? Samsung Galaxy A27 leak reveals exciting upgrades
New Delhi: Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A27 has surfaced in fresh leaks, offering a closer look at its design, color options and expected hardware upgrades. The latest renders suggest the smartphone could target users looking for a stylish mid-range device with modern features and long-term software support.
New Mint Color Joins the Line-Up
According to leaked images, the Galaxy A27 may be available in four color variants: Awesome Black, Awesome Blue, Awesome Mint and Awesome Pink. While the Black, Blue and Pink options had appeared in earlier leaks, the Mint finish adds a brighter and more distinctive choice to the lineup.
The design appears to follow Samsung’s familiar Galaxy A-series aesthetic, featuring flat edges, a centered punch-hole front camera and a vertically aligned triple-camera setup on the rear panel.
Display and Performance Upgrades Expected
Leaked specifications indicate that the Galaxy A27 could feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The higher refresh rate is expected to provide smoother scrolling, gaming and video playback experiences.
Under the hood, the smartphone is tipped to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor. If accurate, the chipset could deliver improved efficiency and faster overall performance compared to its predecessor.
Camera and Battery Details
On the photography front, Samsung is expected to equip the Galaxy A27 with a 50-megapixel primary camera supported by Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The feature is designed to improve image quality in low-light conditions and help produce steadier videos.
The device is also expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, allowing users to spend less time connected to a charger.
Android 16 and Launch Expectations
The Galaxy A27 is likely to launch with Android 16-based One UI 8.5. Leaks also suggest configurations offering up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
With reports indicating that the smartphone has already appeared on certification platforms, industry watchers believe its official debut could take place in the coming weeks, although Samsung has yet to announce a launch date.
