Bhuvneshwar was finally added to the team by Royal Challengers Bangalore by spending a huge amount of Rs 10.75 crore.

Bhuvi was the most expensive player sold on the second day. After Bhuvneshwar, the biggest bid on the second day of the auction was in the name of Deepak Chahar. Deepak missed out on Chennai Super Kings this time and he will be seen playing for Mumbai Indians in the 18th season of the Indian Premier League. Deepak was included in their team by Mumbai with a bid of Rs 9.25 crore.

Lucknow Super Giants paid Rs 8 crore for Akashdeep and he was the third most expensive player of the second day. Delhi also added Mukesh Kumar to its team for Rs 8 crore using RTM. Punjab Kings spent Rs 7 crore for Marco Janson.
