Love affair became a hindrance in marriage, heart-wrenching facts came to light in Uma murder case…body parts thrown at different places

Crime Bilal had beheaded his alleged girlfriend Uma from Saharanpur, who was coming in the way of the marriage, with a meat knife. After slitting his neck, his body was thrown on the border of Haryana and Himachal while his head was thrown at another place. Due to lack of identification, Haryana Police had already cremated half the unclaimed body. Now the family could cremate only Uma’s head. While performing the last rites, the family members said, “We are doing so much socially, otherwise we would have had no connection with Uma.”

Had a love marriage and then left her husband (Crime)

Uma, a resident of Saharanpur, had a love marriage. After having a child, Uma’s new lover became Bilal. After this she left her husband and child and started living with Bilal. Both lived together for about two years. Both of them named this relationship as live-in-relationship. Now the family members have fixed Bilal’s marriage. When Uma came to know about this, she protested and put pressure on Bilal to refuse the marriage. Bilal did not want to tell his family about this illicit relationship. Therefore, he made a plan to remove Uma from the way.

Plan of murder made on the pretext of visiting Himachal

About a week before the marriage, Bilal asked Uma to visit Himachal Pradesh. Both of them left for Himachal from Saharanpur. On the way, at the border of Himachal Pradesh and Haryana, Uma was strangulated by the seat belt of the car and then severed her neck with a meat knife. After this Bilal threw the neck and body at different places. The police had found the body but when it could not be identified even after extensive search, the Haryana Police got the body cremated as it was unclaimed.

Uma’s last rites took place twice (Crime)

While the police was investigating the matter, Uma’s torso i.e. head was also found. After this, when the police got the footage of a CCTV camera, it revealed the clue of Saharanpur. It was revealed that the name of the deceased woman is Uma who is a resident of Saharanpur. Investigation revealed that, leaving her husband and son, Uma was in a relationship with a taxi driver named Bilal for the last two years. Bilal’s marriage was on 15th December. Uma was opposing this marriage. Bilal slits Uma’s neck for his marriage. The police arrested Bilal a day before the marriage.
