LPG Price Hike 1 November: As soon as the month of November started, the general public got a big shock. Actually, LPG cylinder prices are updated on the first of every month. Even today their prices were updated on 1 November 2024. According to the new update, the price of commercial cylinder has increased by Rs 62.

This means that the prices of commercial cylinders can also affect the general public. However, it is a matter of relief that domestic cylinder prices are stable. No changes have been made in this.

Price Hike 1 November: What are the new rates now?

According to the official website of IOCL, the new rates of commercial cylinders-

  • The price of commercial cylinder in Delhi has become Rs 1802. Its price in October was Rs 1740.
  • In Kolkata, the price of 19 kg cylinder has increased from Rs 1850.50 to Rs 1911.50.
  • Commercial cylinder will be available in Mumbai for Rs 1754. Whereas, last month its price was Rs 1692.50. In Chennai, the price of 19 kg LPG cylinder increased from Rs 1903 to Rs 1964.

No change in domestic cylinder prices

Oil marketing companies have not made any change in the price of domestic cylinders this month also. Their prices were last changed in August 2023. Since then their prices have remained stable in all cities. Delhi ₹803, Kolkata ₹829, Mumbai ₹802.50, Chennai ₹818.50.

However, beneficiaries of the Ujjwala scheme get a subsidy of Rs 200 on the price of domestic cylinder. This means that this cylinder costs them Rs 603.
