LSG players reached Ayodhya to seek blessings of Lord Ram, team owner Sanjeev Goenka was also present.
LSG players visit Ram Mandir : Before the start of IPL 2026, the team of Lucknow Super Giants reached Ayodhya to visit the Ram temple. During this, franchise owner and industrialist Sanjeev Goenka had darshan of Ram Lalla along with the players. He said that 14 players of the team have come to see Ram Lalla, which mostly includes Indian players.

While visiting the Ram temple, Lucknow Super Giants owner Sanjiv Goenka said, “…worshiping Lord Ram is never enough, and the IPL season is about to start, so all the players offered prayers at the temple here… With the blessings of Lord Ram, everything goes well.” During this, LSG owner, team captain Rishabh Pant, other players and support staff were given a grand welcome in the temple premises.
After the puja, the temple staff gave everyone an opportunity to roam around the premises and took a tour of the newly constructed temple. During this period the security arrangements remained very tight. Lucknow Super Giants has shared the photo of Ram Mandir visit on X. The franchise wrote, “Dr. Sanjiv Goenka, along with captain Rishabh Pant and other team members reached Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya to seek blessings. Jai Shri Ram…”
