Lucknow News: Rape of student in Tejas Hospital by injecting intoxicant, doctor suspended, Deputy CM gave instructions to seal the hospital.
Lucknow. UP Deputy CM and Health Minister Brajesh Pathak said that taking the case of rape of a class 12 student in Tejas Hospital seriously, instructions have been given to seal the hospital. Also, the officials of the Ayurvedic Department have been ordered to immediately suspend the medical license of the hospital operator accused Dr. Vijay Giri (Hospital Operator and Accused: Dr. Vijay Giri) and confiscate his Ayurvedic Degree.

He said that the government will ensure that the accused is not able to perform any kind of medical responsibility in future. Brajesh Pathak said that the Uttar Pradesh government stands with the victim student and her family and the accused will be given the harshest punishment.

Dr. Vijay Kumar Giri, who treated the girl admitted in Tejas Hospital, operated at a distance of 50 meters from the CHC, has been accused of rape by giving her a sedative injection. When the family members came to know about this, they started creating ruckus in the hospital. The police reached the spot and took the accused doctor into custody. The girl has been sent for medical examination.
A 19-year-old girl from a village in Bakshi Ka Talab is doing a three-month diploma course while staying in the hostel of a private college. Last Sunday, after the girl complained of dizziness, the family got her treated at a private hospital near Dubagga on the information of the hostel warden. On Tuesday, when his health deteriorated again, with the help of his acquaintance, he was admitted to Bakshi Talab Tehsil Road Tejas Hospital in the evening. The girl’s parents and elder sister were also with her. The victim told that on Wednesday afternoon the doctor took her to the OT to insert a pipe for oxygen in her nose. Before this, he was injected with Vigo in his wrist. After this he could not know anything. When he regained consciousness, he found his clothes in disarray.
