Rahul said that caste census will provide justice to all castes. He expressed hope that if the census is conducted on the basis of caste, then the people who have been losing for generations will get adequate representation.

Rahul participated in a meeting organized with civil rights and intellectuals regarding the caste census at the Gandhi Ideology Center in Boinpally, Hyderabad. This caste system, which is not found anywhere in the world, exists in India, Rahul said. He said that he can understand how much trouble caste discrimination causes. He said that if the country has to progress economically then it will have to be ended. In this program many intellectuals and professors spoke on caste and gave suggestions.
