23 year old Kalu had suddenly gone missing on the day of Holi. After some time, his body was found near the railway track, which was initially considered to be a train accident. But the family and the police found some things suspicious, after which an in-depth investigation of the matter was started. When the Government Railway Police (GRP) collected evidence, the whole matter turned upside down.

According to the police, the main accused in the conspiracy of this murder was Sanju, who was a friend of Kalu. Actually, on the day of Holi, Kalu had applied color to Sanju’s girlfriend. Sanju became very angry about this. There was already some personal dispute going on between the two, which increased this anger further.

Old enmity also became the reason

Police investigation also revealed that there had been a dispute between the two earlier also. Kalu once borrowed Sanju’s motorcycle, which was later damaged in an accident. Sanju was already angry because this loss was not compensated. The Holi incident further fueled his anger.

Conspiracy hatched by giving alcohol

On the day of the incident, Sanju called Kalu to meet him. The three accused together made him drink alcohol. According to the police, he himself drank less alcohol, but made Kalu drunk more so that he would not be in a position to protest. When Kalu became completely drunk, the accused took him on a bike near the railway track. There Sanju hit him on the neck with a screwdriver, but even this did not kill him.

After this the accused took a very cruel step. He picked up the injured Kalu and laid him down in the middle of the railway track. He was unable to save himself due to intoxication and injury. After some time, a high-speed train passed over him, resulting in his painful death.
