Ranchi: Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda has received a big blow from the Delhi High Court. Koda, convicted in the coal scam case, has had his hopes of contesting assembly elections dashed.

BJP's Kedar Hazra and AJSU's Umakant Rajak joined JMM, Hemant Soren got membership.
Delhi High Court has rejected the petition seeking suspension of the trial court's conviction. CBI had opposed the petition filed by Madhu Koda.
